Checkin was fast ., got a dock door right away .. drop trailer . Walk bills and seal to the office . Wait for a call .very kind employees at check in and traffic office .. after about 3 hours I got a call bring my sticker and pickup BOLS .. on my way .. maybe because I had a truck load of the same product .
Far below average experience at this DC. The clerk at the gate entered wrong carrier name in the computer upon checking me in; a carrier name that didn't appear on BOL or on the side of my truck. Then when I was ready to back up to assigned dock door, there was lots of debris, some of which was sharp metal which could puncture a tire. I checked in with receiving office. 5 hours after I checked in, I went to the office only to find out that my trailer had been empty, but POD was not.

For all otr drivers that are unloading here expect to last at least 5 hours or more trashy place and rude staff 👎
When you come here, please be prepared to spend 8 to 12 hours. the worst place 🤮🤮🤮
