Facility info
Operations Live unload — walk in with paperwork, get assigned dock door, back up and unload. No appointment scheduling mentioned. Unload times typically 20-40 minutes. Hours: M-F 7am-4pm, Sat receiving only 8am-noon. Occasional inconsistencies in workflow and dock assignments; one report of staff member intentionally delaying unload. Facility experience Overnight parking available. Easy yard maneuvering. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Inconsistent service quality — most visits smooth, but some reports of slow operations, understaffing on certain days, and unprofessional conduct (worker abandoning unload mid-job, delayed bill delivery). One isolated incident of possible intentional delays by dock worker. Bottom line Usually fast and straightforward. Good overnight parking. Staff friendliness is a strong point most of the time. Service can be hit-or-miss depending on staffing and which dock worker you get — mostly positive but worth noting the potential for delays.

More than 2 hours for a door; and I came to pick up before 11:00 am; few people to work; very slow those who are there A year later I returned to unload in this place, I arrived the day before at 7:00 pm, I stood at door 4, there was no more truck, it was the first; 7:48am I delivered my papers, the gentleman who was unloading did not like me, he has unloaded all the trucks that have arrived after me, and mine has not touched This old worker is doing this intentionally 12/15/2025 8:16am
