OPERATIONS Pickup number required — don't show up without it First-come, first-served (FCCS) loading Live load only — no drop and hook Load times range widely: 30 minutes to 6+ hours depending on dock availability and load complexity Some loads rejected (reefer trailers noted as occasionally refused) Must leave 2 straps or load locks in trailer before backing into dock — no climbing in trailer allowed Can arrange onsite break with prior approval Opens 8am DIRECTIONS — CRITICAL DO NOT use standard GPS — will route you through prohibited truck streets with $2,500 fine risk Correct truck route: I-74 to Exit 34 (US-231 south) → continue ~2.8 miles to W Wabash Ave → turn right (tight turn) → continue ~2 miles to Glenn St → turn left (appears as dead end but warehouse is at end of road) Alternative from Indianapolis: Hwy 32 west to US-231 south, then follow above Park to left of building Yellow lights on dock doors for trailer alignment Plenty of backing space available FACILITY EXPERIENCE Staff generally friendly and helpful — consistently noted as nice and respectful Overnight gravel parking available Restrooms available inside facility Clean facilities Shipping/receiving office can be curt with drivers — one report of dismissive attitude from administrative staff, but warehouse crew professional Wait times unpredictable: some drivers in/out in under an hour, others report 4-6 hour waits One report of staff making sarcastic comments about reefer trailers (though they accommodated one on a holiday)
