Facility info
Operations Gate kiosk check-in required (bring trailer plate #), then repeat paperwork at office—redundant process Live loads: expect 5–24+ hours; drop-and-hook typically faster but no guaranteed timeline Appointments mean little—waits of 7–14+ hours common even with scheduled times Drivers report being called for dock then abandoned, or cancelled appointments due to miscommunication Facility Experience Staff attitude: friendly and professional at office windows, though some report mood-dependent rudeness Bathrooms clean, free coffee/tea machine, break room available NO overnight parking allowed Yard conditions poor: severe potholes at entrance/exit, tight maneuvering in staging area, trailers getting racked by yard personnel, facility damage not addressed by staff Drop-and-hook only: fast if it's actually available; live loads trap you for a full day minimum
Driver reviews
The warehouse staff was professional and courteous. Plenty of parking. I was immediately given a door assignment.
Not the worse,,, but not my favorite place to go
I got loaded 7 hours late at the shipper and drove straight through overnight without any stops. I did my best to deliver the load and checked in, but the front desk said I was late for my appointment and now I’m a work-in. I tried to politely explain that I could have come tomorrow, not today, because the loading took too long and there was no way I could arrive any earlier than I did. Asian lady at the front desk cut me off and said, “I don’t give a damn,” and walked away. What the heck—so rude! I don’t care when and how long u guys gonna unload me horrible stuff
The point of having the phone answered is to see if the load is ready. Not to come sit on your lot waiting. Efficiency is what you brought and now you can't deliver.
I was late just a 15 minute and they give me door after 19 hours
