Unloading takes 4–8 hours minimum. Most loads finish between 4–7 hours regardless of pallet count. Rare exceptions around 2 hours. Lumper fees $150–$750, often quoted low then increased at payment. No transparency. Check-in to dock assignment: 1.5–3+ hours. Long lines at guard shack. Arrive early, don't expect early entry. Live unload only. You stay and wait the full time.
