If you have Coastal Shower Doors on your tub/shower their customer service is THE BEST! I needed to find some parts for my towel bar and Alyssa in the Florida center was extremely helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the doors that I have and was able to help me order the pieces that I needed. It was nice interacting with a friendly person and not a robo-rep.
