Facility info
Early check-in (5:30–5:45am) doesn't guarantee quick processing—arrive no more than 1 hour before appointment or you'll be turned away. Call box at gate; provide PO number, get door assignment. Drop paperwork in red box by dock 51, not to staff. Unloading highly variable: 1–2 hours on good days, 3–7+ hours common. Expect 2–4 hour total turnaround minimum. Lumper fees $190–$310+, charged by third-party Capstone. Text notification required before paying. Paperwork delays worst problem: 30 min to 2+ hours after unload complete. Bills emailed to broker, not returned to driver—drivers must request from broker to get signed copy. Green light signals unload ready; red light means wait. No advance notification when paperwork is done. Overnight parking: none on-site. Truck stop 1 mile away, Love's 5 miles away. Portable restrooms outside dock 61—consistently described as dirty, sometimes broken, no toilet paper. Staff attitude mixed: some reviews praise friendly, pleasant personnel; many report rude reception staff on phone/intercom, especially at gate. Entrance confusing—off back of building (Elm Point Ind Dr), not front. Poor signage.

Sysco Could not have been better . More stars if it were possible to add. This facility sets the gold standard of how all Sysco facilities could respectfully operate. I Was late for my delivery & the sign on the door said by apt only, and hours of receiving ended at 12 pm . Called for check in or a different apt time , and spoke with a lady who informed me she didn’t know if they could take me because they were done for the day , and was going to call me back. So I sat and waited. no call back . But a gentleman came out and asked if anyone had helped me yet, And put me in a door and took my paperwork. After docking , another gentleman working the dock came out & explained to me that another load was in the way of the correct unload ,and I would probably be charged to move it . While they were unloading , I Called my company about it & then found out I had missed my first unload. Before leaving w this load, I was given a rushed dispatch pushed onto split clock with 6 hrs left on my drive, took my information down too quickly, while trying to hurry ,and overlooked my first unload…..which was due at 5 am the next day …from frazee area MN. Unloading process took only an hour. They brought my bills out . No lumper No late fee No other fees I was unloaded today although late and after receiving hours. The positive attitude & friendly Customer service of these men at this facility was very impressive. Something you don’t see at Sysco. Neither one of these gentleman will probably ever know how their not so simple act of kindness affected me, unexpectedly turning a pretty bad day into a great one. It’s amazing what a bit of thoughtfulness and a positive smile can do. Wish more warehouses had this work ethic.
4-30-26. Arrived 05:31 for a 6am appointment. In dock, settled and ready before 6am. Finally unloaded 10hrs later at 15:37. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not waste your precious time at this establishment.
Delivery of frozen food went well. Lumper was prepaid. Checked in at 05:30 by calling receiver's phone number. I was given a door immediately. You have to drop paperwork on red mailbox. When doing so make sure you write your phone number, your email and door on the BOL. In addition make sure to keep a copy of BOL or scanned a copy for your records as this receiver's send signed BOLs by email to broker and to you. My appointment was at 06:30 and empty by 09:00. Staff is professional. They have a portable potty by the entrance. No overnight parking. You might be able to park on the street if available space.
Más de 4 horas y aún no van ni la mitad son una basura de lugar, no sé qué se ponen hacer los trabajadores
