CHECK-IN & APPOINTMENTS Appointments required. Early check-in available from 5-7pm depending on when you arrive, but you'll be held on property and can't leave. Inbound receiving typically starts around 10pm. Some drivers turned away for arriving too late despite early entry. Long lines common—can back up across overpass and onto interstate. Check-in wait times range from 55 minutes to 2+ hours. Driver's license held at gate until you complete unload and exit property. UNLOADING Live unload with mandatory lumper service. Actual unload time typically 2-3 hours once at dock. Major delays happen after unload during lumper fee payment and paperwork processing—often 2-5+ additional hours waiting for paperwork. Total facility time frequently 7-9+ hours. Quality control counting of merchandise adds significant time. Electronic payment required for lumper fees via text message; company aggressively texts for payment. Speed varies—can be quick or extremely slow depending on load complexity and facility staffing. LUMPER FEES Mandatory electronic payment. Fees not disclosed until after you're already unloading. Company texts multiple payment reminders. Payment must be arranged through broker or paid out of pocket. Some drivers report aggressive collection tactics. FACILITY CONDITIONS No overnight parking. No driver restrooms inside warehouse. Some overnight on-property staging allowed after 5pm in designated area. Dock doors close together—difficult backing, especially at night. Poor lighting in parking/backing areas makes night unloads challenging. Yard can get congested. Trash left in trailers after unload—inspect before leaving. Some lot areas dimly lit. STAFF & ATTITUDE Mixed reviews. Security staff generally described as helpful and polite, though reports of at least one aggressive female security guard with hostile behavior toward foreign drivers (typically Thursday shifts). Dock personnel vary from excellent to unprofessional. Some staff described as rude or difficult to understand. Guard shack assistance improving at newer locations with new receiving company. LOGISTICS Property can be entered at 5-7pm staging. Door assignments given around 9-10pm. Wait for green light before backing in. After unload, park in staging area and wait for paperwork notification. Nearby fuel/food options: Loves,

Fast unloading and overnight parking 💪👍
I’m very disappointed with this policy at your warehouse I had a 1am appointment on 07/11/26,I checked in at 00:15, they put me in a staging area to wait for a door for 3 hours just to tell me their coolers were having issues and they were not able to take any more deliveries, but they were nice enough to let me break on the premises until they got things sorted out and I could unload 4 pallets to them, can someone please explain to me why their security guard woke all of us up and made us leave?? I told him I have no hours to drive but he didn’t care, made us leave anyway..I’m so tired of these customers who we deliver to treat us like trash after we drive miles to get deliveries to them on time..If anyone who is employed there is reading this I’ve had enough of this treatment to us as professionals, and before you make a dumb mistake of saying have enough time to get to safe places to park, I will repeat this, I had 4 hours left to get somewhere else to park and used it up waiting to unload.. I’m not crying on anyone’s shoulders about it but I’m letting you know that sending drivers off your property with no available time to drive is illegal, if you don’t want to believe that then just answer your phone when you get a call from attorneys letting you know that what you’re doing is illegal…So tired of being treated like trash by you customers who don’t know anything about our rights, but time will fix this…this location is in Ofallon Mo
