If I could give this company minus five stars I would I've been in the dock for 3 hours and they quit bumping me the warehouse people are lazy and slow they need to go to the unemployment line because obviously they don't want to work and you tried to go get update from the security staff that they will not do anything but what their job description is they won't help you even though they know that you've been here forever this is the worst place you could ever pick up or deliver to I hope that people start boycotting this place so they can put it out of business these people have no ounce of compassion or professionalism whatsoever
This review is directed to the night security! I have to say that y'all are the absolute best! Polite courteous and helpful! I wished all locations had security like Denali Security. Hat's off to you!
This was my first time visiting this location. The security attendant was a bit unpleasant and could use some improvement in customer service.<br><br>Also, make sure to scale your trailer before leaving — this facility has a tendency to load trailers over the legal weight limit.
Waited over 2 hours in line for 4 trucks ahead then waited for another hour for paperwork.. worst warehouse ever in 5 years
