What a disaster of service when it comes to phone reps and managers like Kevin A in accounting. They really want nothing to do with small businesses and problem solving skills are at the bottom of the list for training it seems. I sure hope the bigger companies dont get push back like that when trying to onboard or even just understand the process when CB works with 3rd parties.
Staff is friendly, lots of space to maneuver into docks. You must have your BOL printed out prior to arrival. Quick loading. Unsure about overnight parking.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Service<br><br>I only wanted to order a few jackets first to see the quality before placing a larger bulk order of hundreds, but this experience completely changed my mind.<br><br>I paid extra for the 2-day shipping and after so many days, still nothing arrived. I emailed the company multiple times — no response at all. Even UPS wasn’t flexible with delivery because of how the shipment was handled.<br><br>Very disappointing customer service and communication. I will no longer order from Cutter & Buck. I’m going with Wordans instead — they respond quickly, ship fast, and provide good quality. Highly not recommended.
