Facility info
Operations Live load facility. Appointment system in place but phone communication unreliable—don't count on getting through. Early arrivals sometimes accommodated same-day, but no guarantee. Load times vary: 1.5 to 5+ hours depending on prep and trailer temp. Pre-cooling trailer to -10°F recommended to avoid extended waits. Check in via buzzer button right of shipping/receiving door. Facility experience Staff consistently friendly and professional across most reviews. Parking available at nearby empty warehouse across street during day; overnight parking situation unclear but cops reportedly patrol at night. Bathroom/driver amenities not mentioned. Easy door access for backing, though door 5 can be tight with employee vehicles. Yard conditions not detailed. Notable issues One report of staff with poor attitude. Communication via phone appears problematic. Weekends may be understaffed. One load cancellation due to staff interaction concerns. Positives Generally quick turnarounds when facility is prepared. Friendly interactions dominate reviews. Logistics straightforward once you're in.

Nice folks, showed up wicked early (0800 for a 1700 appt time) they couldn't take me early but there's an empty warehouse across the street to park during the day. Apparently cops will come knock on your door at night. I sat there till 1700 and no one bugged me at all. Backing into door 5 can be tight with employees parking their cars across the way. Took 2+ hrs to load me but im good as long as I can park near by without losing clock. Wouldn't hesitate to pick up here again.
Easy check in.. You hit the round black buzzer button about a foot to the right of the shipping/receiving door. had a 3pm appointment got here at 1pm…. Got in my door around 2pm and got my papers and on the road at 3:30pm. Everyone was very nice and had a smile. Great place.
