  I’ve purchased several items from Medieval Collectibles over the past few years — my first being for my son’s wedding, when I wanted a truly standout outfit for the occasion. Everything I received exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality and craftsmanship.<br><br>My most recent purchase, a black Stefen Wool Beret, ran into a frustrating shipping delay with USPS. What impressed me most, however, was the exceptional customer service from Mary and Sierra. They stayed in communication with me throughout the delay, provided timely updates, and—miraculously—seemed to get the shipment moving again. Their responsiveness and genuine concern made all the difference.<br><br>In this day and age, it’s rare to find a company that not only offers great products but also clearly cares about its customers. Medieval Collectibles absolutely does. Because of their dedication, quality, and outstanding service, I’ll be a customer for life. I wholeheartedly recommend Medieval Collectibles to anyone and everyone.

  Ordered a costume for a themed wedding. After completing the order the website informed me 2 of the 3 items were on back order. Reached out to them to see if everything was going to arrive on time for the wedding and they reassured me it would be delivered before the date. I had to pay more shipping to get 2 of the available items in time for the wedding. The third item arrived 5 days after the wedding. I originally ordered a month and 4 days before the wedding. The third item took 6 weeks to arrive from the order date.

  *** update ***<br>Purchased from Ghoulish Productions. Same items for a lot less.<br><br>The company is a reseller of products offered by many other companies. I tried to purchase from them as I am also in the state of Indiana. Their customer service experience department is either completely inept or have zero authority to assist with consumer issues. Regardless of which one it is, your money is better spent with a real "customer service" department. Proceed with caution and look at the competition selling the exact same product.<br><br>Don't trust reviews they likely paid for on Google and their website trust the 2.3 and 2.7 on 3rd party sites. I tried posting the photos but it won't allow.

  This retailer is incredible. I used them to assemble my first costume for an upcoming renaissance festival. They answered all of my questions by email and phone with kindness and dedication. Their prices are fair and they ship SUPER fast!
