Facility info

OPERATIONS First-come, first-served. Check in via intercom at staging area. Most loads 20 minutes to 1 hour once docked; some reports of 4-5 hour waits. Appointment timing doesn't guarantee dock availability. Live load operation. TRAILER CONDITION — CRITICAL Trailers must be clean, dry, and odor-free before arrival. Facility is extremely particular about floor condition — will reject for dust, light slivers through floorboards, small debris, minor spots, even after washing. If rejected for cleanliness, facility may provide air blower to clean on-site. Wet trailers won't be loaded — ensure wash is completely dry before arriving. Facility warns this is non-negotiable; they don't accept worn or damaged trailers. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No driver restrooms available — significant complaint across multiple reviews. Overnight parking allowed (some conflicting reports; check signage). Yard staging area on right side of lot. Staff professionalism varies — some drivers report friendly, business-like crew; others report unprofessional and dismissive attitude. One documented incident of mistreatment during check-in and inspection. INCONSISTENCIES IN REVIEWS Load speed ranges from 20 minutes to 5 hours depending on dock availability and trailer acceptance. Overnight parking mentioned as both allowed and prohibited — verify current policy at check-in.

Great place to pickup fast, polite, and loaded in 45 minutes. Didn't give a 5 due to no type of restrooms for the drivers.

Worst experience I’ve had at a shipper. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time and money. They told me my trailer needed to be clean, so I went and got a full truck wash before coming back. After all that effort, they still refused to load me over tiny, insignificant spots—nothing any reasonable person would reject. If this company expects showroom-condition or brand-new trailers, they need to clearly say that upfront instead of wasting drivers’ time. Don’t tell drivers to “wash” the trailer and then reject it for microscopic marks. That’s misleading and disrespectful. Truck drivers already deal with enough challenges—this kind of behavior just shows poor management and zero respect for our time and money. Avoid this place if you can 🙏🏻👎🏻
