  We had major issues with UPS getting our items from Canada to American Cruise Aid, to load on to a celebrity ship for a group program. Jervis and Laura went the extra mile to ensure we got our packages...even tracking down the UPS driver on the very last day to ensure our packages arrived. We received them in the nick of time!!! Thank you Jervis and Laura for everything!
