Facility info
Wildly inconsistent operations — some drivers report 20-30 min loads, others wait 7-14+ hours for same service. No clear pattern. Trailer rejection is a major issue. Staff cite glass, moisture, odor, cleanliness. Many drivers report rejections on perfectly clean/new trailers. Some suspect glass planted by staff. Rejections waste 3-4+ hours with no recourse. Appointment system unreliable. Arriving on time or early doesn't guarantee timely service. Drivers report getting doors hours late, then waiting additional hours to load. Live load operation. Expect to wait at dock. One review mentions only one loader for large facility. Overnight parking inconsistent across reviews. Some say yes, others say no. Appears policy may have changed or varies by situation. Check-in quick, but doesn't translate to dock speed. Staff attitude mixed. Night shift praised multiple times. Day/receiving staff get complaints about rudeness, dishonesty, and unwillingness to work with drivers on rejections. Facility clean, bathrooms available, vending machine on site. Location rural — no nearby amenities. Bottom line: High risk. Loading times unpredictable and often excessive. Trailer rejection process appears arbitrary and frustrating. Night shift reportedly better than day shift. Not worth the gamble if you're on a tight schedule.

Pretty darn good experience! Got there at about noon and got a door within five minutes. Everybody was super friendly. Loaded about 20 pallets and 30 minutes. Took about 15 to get my paperwork. Wasn’t even there long enough to need the bathroom, but I’m fairly certain there was one in the office. LTL checks in at a kiosk, but all us regular drivers just go to the window. I didn’t notice that they did not sign my bill of lading, but I think it’s because I was handed the wrong copies so double check that. Make sure your seals match before you leave. Perfect weight distribution even though it was 43,000 pounds. No rework necessary! Lost a star because everybody loses a star when they won’t let you park overnight.
I came here before 6 hours my appointment time, check in with office and they are super helpful, sweep out my trailer (need to be super clean)and door right away, as soon as docking red light and start loading,
In and Out took 1 hour
Thank you staff
Came in with a Saturday afternoon appointment showed up an hour and a half early got loaded immediately was told if I came in first thing this morning I would have been loaded then apparently they're not busy on the weekends
Guys make sure when you del here empty part of your trailer before product is completely clean, they found small piece of glass probably come from loader of the product, and they reject to unload me,so sweep or blow that part of your trailer before you seal your door for del here...
