  Extremely disappointing experience with Louis Vuitton.<br><br>I purchased a bottle of Imagination specifically knowing that it could be refilled. For nearly a year, I have been trying to get it refilled, but the fragrance refill has repeatedly been unavailable and out of stock across the United States (checked multiple stores).<br><br>I finally found a Louis Vuitton location that had the refill available, paid for the service, and was then told they could not refill my bottle because of discoloration of the bottle itself. I was refunded and simply told to contact corporate, with no alternative solution offered.<br><br>After waiting nearly a year for the opportunity to refill a product that Louis Vuitton specifically markets as refillable, I expected much better customer service and a reasonable resolution from a luxury brand.<br><br>This experience has seriously changed how I view Louis Vuitton. My family and I have been customers, but based on how this was handled, we will not be considering LV for future purchases unless this is appropriately addressed.
