Facility info
OPERATIONS Appointments required. Check-in opens 6 am, arrive early. Street parking mandatory, check in at receiving office (door 21 area). Lumper fee charged—pay upfront. Unloading times highly variable: 1-7+ hours reported for similar loads. Paperwork processing is the main bottleneck—often 1-3 hours after unload completes. Don't leave door until you have paperwork in hand. Some doors require awkward backing maneuvers, especially with spread axles or hoods. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Street parking only—limited spots, frequently full due to empty trailers scattered throughout. Some overnight parking possible if you ignore no-parking signs, but risky. Tight, congested lot and street access. No facilities onsite; limited food options nearby (one food truck mentioned). Receiving staff attitude mixed: some genuinely professional and efficient; others slow, dismissive, or unprofessional. Inconsistent experience depends heavily on which staff member/lumper handles your load. Receiving crew sometimes communicates poorly about status. Docks 14-16 reportedly easier to access than others. WAIT TIME REALITY Most common complaint: 4-8 hour total time onsite for routine deliveries. Some 2-3 hour completions reported but appear to be exceptions. Unload can be fast (1 hour) but paperwork processing causes majority of delays. Being proactive—checking in early, following up every 30 minutes on paperwork status—appears necessary.

Rude guy inside receiving office! Tight spots! Slow unloading! Been here 4 hours and only 49 minutes with doors open and in door! They are done just waiting for lumper fee and paperwork!!
Very tight spot if you don't have doors 14 through 17 or so it's kind of difficult to back in wait times can be long but I was only there for about 3 hours to offload I've had worse and it gave me time to find my next load so it wasn't a big deal I arrived at 6:00 in the morning for 7:00 a.m. appointment semi trucks are parked all along the road so there's a pretty big chance nobody's going to mess with you if you decide to park on the road cops don't mess with you at least that's what it looked like when I was there
The worst place in the world to send your truck to deliver the freight!
Bad place 6 hours at the dock
