Facility info
Appointments strictly enforced—arrive exactly on time, not early. Staff will turn away drivers 45+ minutes early even if facility not busy. Can check in 15 minutes before appointment. Takes pickups only 1 hour before appointment. Drop and hook available. Unload by appointment only. Live load times vary wildly—30 minutes to 4+ hours depending on their pace, not yours. Check in at guard shack (SE corner) for pickups; at building door (south side entrance) for deliveries. Fast check-in process but staff at shipping window frequently rude and unhelpful. Unhook required. Park against fence or in driveway lot. Put paperwork in trailer back, disconnect, wait for green light before pulling out. Restrooms available inside building. Overnight parking in driveway—limited but functional. Gate opens 6am. Security gaps reported—guard shack left unattended with loaded trailers accessible. Facility doesn't always follow safe procedures (trailers unlocked during unload). Morning shift rarely gets trucks backed in early; afternoon/evening shift more flexible. Facility gets crowded; exit can be slow. Quality inconsistent. Some drivers report 30-90 minute turnarounds; others wait 2-4 hours. Staff attitude varies by shift—day shift typically rude, night shift reportedly helpful.

Gate opens at 6am and then you pull up and back into a parking spot on the right side, if there are trucks in front of you and they don't start moving when they open the gate just go around them. If you're picking up a Walmart or DG load go to the guard shack and give them your pickup number. If you need to use the bathroom they're inside the building and behind the office. After the guard gives you your trailer number to pick up you drive around the building and drop your empty trailer on the right side with the doors open and tandem slid back. Then go find your loaded trailer and go to the back guard shack and give them the post it note from the front guard shack and they'll print out your bills and then have you pull up so they can check your seal.
They have complete control over the unloading process. If you're even five minutes late, they call it late, and even if you arrive on time, they still unload at their own pace. Sometimes they take two hours, sometimes four hours.
Rude ladies at check in for delivery, 6am del appointment , lady at checkin was soo rude said we don’t open till 6:15-20 , why make appointments at 6 o clock then , if driver is late or something it will be working for hours, she check me in at 6:30 for 6am appointment
Been to this location many times for drop & hook. Load is ready. Appt is next day at 7am. Mind you its the weekend. Guard would not allow me to hook it and go. Said yer appt is 7am come back then. Also no other trucks were there. I said what time you open. She replied 6am. I said can i come then? She said no your appt is 7am. Gave no explanation why i cant hook and go. I know i cant deliver early to walmart. I do know that i was going to be driving into wintry weather. So i wanted to get a jump on it. Just terrible!!
Appointment only. Lady at the shipping booth is extremely rude. Avoid if you can. They don't care about driver's time Very slow loading
