The staff is nice, but the company's rules are not for trucks and drivers. Loading or unloading is by appointment only. There is no possibility to wait on the company territory. You can't park on the street either, because the chance of getting a ticket is too high. The waiting area is across the street on the company territory of another company along the fence. But the chances of being told that you can't park there are also high. If you have a loading or unloading here, it's best to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time. And what's more, there is no public restroom.
No room to move around place is a cluster went through the gate checked in sorry we only have one door. You’re gonna have to go across the street and park cars everywhere. How Can you have a giant building and only have one door makes no sense just another inefficient company waste of time, zero stars
Awful Experience at Kuehne + Nagel Inc.<br><br>I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kuehne + Nagel Inc. recently, and it was absolutely terrible. The white female at the front desk had one of the most unprofessional and rude attitudes I’ve ever encountered. She spoke to the drivers like we were beneath her and treated everyone with blatant disrespect. It’s clear she doesn’t know how to do her job with even a basic level of professionalism. To make matters worse, she wasn’t alone. She had the white male on her side, who seemed to just stand there and back her up as she yelled at employees and drivers. This kind of toxic environment where employees are bullied and belittled is completely unacceptable. I will definitely avoid this company moving forward and would recommend others to do the same if they value basic respect and professionalism.
