Facility info

LOAD TIMES Highly inconsistent. Range from 1.5 hours to 7 hours. Most common complaints: 3-7 hour waits. Some quick loads under 2 hours reported but not the norm. Load readiness issues—some loads not picked/ready on arrival. APPOINTMENTS Appointment system exists but appears ineffective. Drivers report arriving at scheduled time and waiting hours anyway. Early arrivals sometimes accommodated with immediate doors, sometimes told you're "late" regardless of appointment time. CHECK-IN & GATE 24-hour entry reported but operations limited (see hours below). Guard shack controls gate access—must open/close for entry and exit. Entrance: North Rabold Circle, keep left and follow signs. Do NOT use Township Line Road. Check-in requires driver's license and safety vest. Guard shack staff quality varies widely—some very friendly, others impatient and unprofessional. OPERATIONS Live load at dock doors. 6am-5pm typical hours (some report 7am-10:30pm or later). Uneven load distribution reported. No food delivery allowed in parking lot—manager has refused orders. FACILITY No overnight parking. Police enforce no-parking rules aggressively—tickets and towing reported. Spacious yard with plenty of room to maneuver. Clean restrooms with free showers available. Vending machines present. Yard generally clean and organized. STAFF Shipping office staff mostly professional and friendly. Gate personnel inconsistent—some exemplary, others dismissive. Receiving office usually polite. OTHER Nearby parking options: FedEx facility down street, street parking near CH Robinson entrance (verify legality). Truck stops 15 minutes away. Dog relief area available. Entrance near Bimbo facility.
