Facility info

Appointments required — don't show up more than 1 hour early unless you want to wait. Have trailer license plate # ready before check-in. Guard shack check-in at gate with plate photo, then office for door assignment. Multiple gates — confirm gate 4 for reefer loads. Plenty of maneuvering space. Live load and drop-and-hook available. Reefer loads: fuel must be 3/4 tank minimum, trailer must be clean. Red airline disconnect before loading, yard person seals after. Around 1–2 hours typical, but can stretch to 4+ hours depending on day. Check-in process is clunky — multiple stops, lots of verification steps. Wait times inconsistent: some in/out under an hour, others report 4.5+ hours or full-day holds. Staff split: guard shack and some office staff friendly and accommodating. Office staff can be rude and dismissive — don't take it personally. Loaders work fast but load distribution issues reported — watch for overweight on drives. Plenty of yard space, clean facility, easy to navigate once you know the gates. No overnight parking.

Okay there is no overnight parking entrance in on Guion Road when you turn into the lot do not go to guard shack turn to the right pull up to the gate scan the QR code to check in after you do that if you look to your left, you will have to go inside that gate to check in again they will give you a door and make sure you have your Trailer license number make sure your reefer is 3/4 of a tank or more and make sure your trailer is super clean. I gave three stars because it’s too many levels to checking in. I suggest you come one hour before your delivery or pick up because there’s no room for lounging.
