OPERATIONS Check in at dock 38, north side/northeast side of building. Use north gate entrance. Drop and hook — you check in, they call you to a door, unload happens while you wait. Unload times consistently 30 min to 1.5 hours. Operations start 7:00 AM (gate opens 4:00 AM but they don't receive until 7:00 AM — don't show up early expecting to dock). Lumper fees around $150 for standard loads; comdata check or similar payment accepted. Tight entrance/docking — approach carefully. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking: street parking only if space available. Street is well-lit. Area is busy with heavy traffic and no-parking signs. Bathroom available inside facility. Staff consistently described as friendly, helpful, efficient. Fenced-in waiting area on north side of building available while waiting for door assignment.
