Drop and hook with live unload at assigned doors (11–20). Two-pallet jobs range 30 minutes to 3+ hours; plan for significant variability. Check-in at driver lounge/office after backing in. Paperwork processing can add 3+ hours; get confirmation before leaving. No overnight parking allowed. Gated facility with decent yard maneuvering room when not congested. No driver restrooms—locked or nonexistent. Porta potty only (if available). Staff attitudes mixed: generally friendly reception, but slow paperwork processing and inconsistent gate/receiving staffing at scheduled times.

My appointment was of 9 am and i came here at 3.45 pm they still unload me even didn’t say me anything . And at 4.10 my trailer was empty .
No restroom, I hope management used only home toilet

Nobody was in the receiving office at 6:15 to help me.. Also they lock the bathroom 🚻 so I guess 🤷 you have to go on the lawn like a dog 🐕 or hold it in and destroy your insides... that's inhumane to lock the bathroom door .🤦♂️ that's the kind of respect truckers get.went over to shipping and there were people working,but no bathroom for drivers in sight .the manager Tony was very friendly and kind...super nice guy. He was actually the nicest person I have ever met in 15 years trucking.. he was the reason I at least gave some stars 🌟 very professional
