Please don’t ever conduct business with this company. Our company uses this facility to house our frozen products. Their system is disorganized and dysfunctional. We provided them our orders for our driver to pick up at 2PM via email. Our order contain about no less than 60 - 70 cases worth, which is about a pallet and half. Our driver arrives at the facility around 9:30PM to pick up our orders. It took them approximately 1 hour and 30 mins, to get our order “ready” despite us sending the order at 2PM via email. Then one of the associates proceeded to inform us that there are 14cs missing and informed us that it would be ready within 20 mins. It’s already past 11PM, our driver got there at 9:30PM. We provided the order at 2 PM as per their company policy. This company only values profit. They’re apathetic to the people that they conduct their business and has no consideration for the time that is wasted in getting our orders “ready”. Having to experience the waiting myself is atrocious, I could only imagine the logistical drivers who does this on a daily basis.
