First come, first served — expect variable wait times depending on traffic and load readiness. Busy periods can mean 2-4 hour waits before getting a dock. Load readiness is a problem — multiple reports of partial loads, missing product, or product not transferred from sister locations yet. Shipper sometimes doesn't communicate this upfront. Ask ahead if load is ready. Once docked, loading moves fast — typically 20-30 minutes once you're in the door, assuming load is ready. Large parking lot — plenty of space to queue and back in.
