Check-in & Documentation Scale first — don't exit truck, wait for buzzer. Park left side. Enter scale house with: driver's license, pickup number, broker name, photo of trailer license plate, DOT#, MC#. Some reports of confusing instructions and multiple trips back to truck for missing documents. Operations & Wait Times Highly variable. Reports range from 45 minutes to 8+ hours. Peak hours 11am–4pm noticeably slower. Multiple dock locations (2–3 different buildings common). Drivers frequently redirected between docks, sometimes after partial loads. Product availability delays reported. Trailer Inspections Strict and thorough. Trailers rejected for dust, fibers, small holes, rust, stains, odors, or any visible floor damage. No tape repairs accepted — silicone required. Facility claims dock workers will sweep trailers, but reports indicate this doesn't happen. Bring spotless trailers or expect rejection and restart. Facility & Parking Large, busy facility. Poor signage — difficult to locate office, scale house, and dock assignments. Multiple entrances; GPS may route through employee areas. Parking lot available but described as crowded. Overnight parking available. Bathroom access confirmed. Dirt lot parking nearby. Staff Attitude Most problematic aspect. Consistent reports of rudeness, yelling, impatience, and dismissiveness from scale house and check-in personnel. Allegations of disrespect toward drivers asking questions. Some very positive reviews from drivers who treated staff respectfully. Quality of interaction appears inconsistent but negativity is heavily documented. Positive Notes Some staff members noted as genuinely helpful and friendly. Fast loading when it happens. On-site scale provides axle weights. Coffee and vending available.

This is one of the worst pickup locations I have experienced. The facility operates from two separate locations, which creates unnecessary confusion and delays for truck drivers. The check-in process is disorganized, and there is very little communication or direction from the staff. As a result, drivers can spend hours waiting without any updates. This location needs significant improvements in organization, communication, and respect for drivers’ time. I hope management addresses these issues to provide a more efficient experience.
