Facility info

GATE ENTRY Confusing signage at entrance—large "NO TRUCKS" sign belongs to neighboring facility, not Honor Foods. Use Walbach St from Tacony St for clearest access. Some GPS systems misdirect; Google Maps more reliable. APPOINTMENTS & CHECK-IN Early door assignments common—often 1-2 hours before appointment time. Early arrivals accommodated. Check-in typically quick. Automated phone system provides truck gate directions. UNLOAD TIMES Highly variable—ranges from 40 minutes to 6+ hours. Most reports 2-4 hours. Some instances of slow unloading despite light volume. Reefer loads noted as particularly well-handled. Early unloads (midnight-4am) standard; paperwork delays sometimes follow. PAPERWORK & PAYMENTS Lumper fees ($180-$200 typical). $10 charge for blank Comchecks if you don't have one. Office staff bring paperwork to truck post-unload, but delays getting final checkout paperwork until office opens (around 5am) are common. Some checkout staff slower than others—30+ minute waits reported. OVERNIGHT PARKING Available on-site before and after delivery. Lot is spacious with good maneuvering room. You can park overnight even after unloading. FACILITIES Clean restrooms with running water. Free hot coffee. Well-maintained, clean yard and parking areas. On-site scale with all axles. STAFF & ATMOSPHERE Generally friendly and professional. Security described as polite and helpful. Receiving/shipping staff mostly pleasant and respectful. Rare exceptions: occasional rude office personnel and yelling from dock workers. One report of extremely unprofessional phone interaction with supply chain department. OPERATIONAL NOTES Dock personnel knock on cab around 1am to collect paperwork even if unload hasn't started—expect sleep disruption if parking overnight. Some confusion about whether unload will actually begin immediately. Building is huge facility. One report they opened Saturday despite normally being closed.

They'll wake you up and unload you before your appointment time instead of letting you sleep until your appointment time. So, if you want to sleep at night, then find some parking in Philadelphia then come here 30 minutes before your appointment time.

Keep up the great work they need to load better they need to balance the weight the Reefer is heavy putting too much weight on the front you can't not put Fuel and can't not move the track
