A joke, a place not to deliver to. Appointments mean nothing. They take day cabs before OTR. There is no way a company should work like this. Stay away if all do possible! This place doesn't care about drivers that come to deliver...we don't get paid by the hour, like you do. Show some respect for the OTR drivers.

I came here for a delivery and checked in early morning at 3:00 AM. When I checked in, I asked what time they start unloading, and they said at 8:00 AM. They also told me I was number three in the line, so I expected to be called around 8:00 AM. However, I waited until 2 clock pm and still didn’t get a call. When I looked at the dock, I saw seven trucks already unloading. I went to the office and asked — they told me I was third, but there were already seven trucks unloading. When I asked again, they just said, “Sorry brother, wait, you’re next.” After another hour of waiting and arguing again, finally they gave me a dock. Honestly, this place doesn’t manage their line properly and doesn’t care if drivers wait from early morning. It doesn’t matter if you come early — they don’t go in order. Very poor management
