OPERATIONS Appointment-only facility — don't arrive early. If you show up before appointment time, you'll be sent to an off-site truck stop and called when a door opens. No on-site waiting allowed. Parking lot fills quickly; very tight space. Off-site truck stop (approximately 1 mile away) required if no door available at check-in. No on-site HOS reset allowed — must use truck stop. STAFF Office staff generally described as nice, friendly, and apologetic. However, some reports of rudeness from check-in personnel and shipping staff. Communication poor — vague answers about timing, sometimes contradictory information given. Staff attitude inconsistent depending on who you encounter.
