6207 Strawberry Ln, Louisville, KY 40214
Operator: Dr Pepper Keurig
Facility info
WAIT TIMES 4-10+ hours standard for unload/load. Many reports of 5-8 hour waits even with on-time appointments. Highly variable—some drivers report 1-3 hours, but these are exceptions. Single dock (door 11) creates severe bottlenecks. FCFS system means early arrival doesn't help. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING Appointments listed but often ignored. Arriving on time guarantees nothing. Dock assignment can be 2-6+ hours after appointment. Yard jockey assigns doors only when ready—no predictability. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Sign in at office. Park in designated area. Yard jockey will retrieve you when dock available. No overnight parking. Gates open approximately 6am-10pm (not confirmed 24/7). One primary dock for unloads creates massive queues. FACILITY CONDITION Tight maneuvering space near docks. 3-foot ditch in front of docks—watch for damage. Limited parking. Minimal amenities: one microwave, inadequate bathroom facilities. Yard conditions described as poor. STAFF ATTITUDE Consistent complaints about receiving office staff—particularly one female employee described as rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. Multiple reports of staff showing little regard for drivers. Yard jockeys variable but some reported as impatient or unwilling to accommodate maneuvering needs. A handful of positive comments about warehouse staff courtesy. LOAD/UNLOAD SPEED Extremely slow. Empty can unloads particularly sluggish. Forklift operators reportedly prioritize facility loads over carrier unloads. Production delays common. Some loads refused due to storage capacity. DETENTIONS Brokers reportedly deny detention pay despite excessive waits. NOTE Roughly 85% negative reviews. Small number of drivers report good experiences (2-3 hour turnarounds), but majority describe this as among worst facilities they've encountered. Highly unreliable.

They take forever to unload
Arrived at 9:45am, received dock at 9:55am. Loaded at 11:25am
Let me ask a simple, elegant question: Why would you summon a truck… to retrieve product… that is not here yet? I have been here for seven hours. Seven. Hours. Attached to a dock with a red light so committed to its role that I suspect it has a pension plan and voting rights. Every so often—just enough to prevent death or sleep—someone enters the trailer, touches something, moves one pallet like it’s part of a ritual, and leaves. No progress. No explanation. Just performance art. When I checked in, the gentleman at the desk—who I can only assume has long since transcended time—told me: “You’ve got plenty of time for a nap.” A nap? Sir. We are approaching seasonal dormancy. I am not napping. I am preparing to migrate south or grow a winter coat. And the accommodations? Oh, breathtaking. A single portable toilet sits outside like a lonely monument to despair, gently reminding you that dignity is a temporary condition. The docks are flooded—not “a little puddle,” not “recent rain,” but standing water with historical depth. The kind of water that looks like it has stories. The kind of water that whispers, “I’ve seen things.” I caught myself wondering if I’m due for a malaria booster, which feels like an overreaction until you see it. And then—the final, exquisite touch— It’s gated. Locked in. No food. No escape. No DoorDash. Just you, your thoughts, and the creeping realization that this entire operation is running on vibes and delayed intentions. Somewhere in this building, I assume, a pallet of Dr. Pepper is being slowly conceptualized. Maybe sketched. Possibly imagined into existence. At this point, I no longer blame the competition. This— this right here— is why people drink Coke. ⸻ 🐾 JOJO’S COMMENTARY 🐾 “My human has been here long enough to develop new personality traits.” “The water is unacceptable. I do not trust it.” “The toilet suggests abandonment.” “There is no food. I consider this a personal attack.” Final ruling: No
This place is just horrible if I were ceo and I seen how I was being treated they would all be fired!!!!! I waited 5 hours sitting before they started unloading me the hell with this place I will never come back here!!! Absolutely a pathetic staff!! How do they stay in business with employees like this running this place!?!?!?!
They let me through the gate without having to talk to a kiosk lol. Praise God! It was very easy to navigate through. You just pull through gate, docks on your left and just past docks is the office where you get checked in. After check in you park and a yard jockey comes and gets you then you dock. Wait for red light to turn green, then go get your paperwork and seal. That easy.
