  Since Art Material Services (AMS) doesn't have a functioning e-commerce site, I placed an order for supplies by email. A week goes by.... no response. I call. "Yes, we do have your order, but we have been VERY busy! It should be shipping out tomorrow". Me: "Ok, don't you want my payment info?" AMS: "Oh, yeah" (I provide CC number). Another week goes by..... nothing. I call again. "Your supplies are on a ship!" Me: "A ship??!" AMS: "Yes, they're being imported from Europe. They should be unloading in the USA next week and then mailed to you". Two more weeks go by....nothing. I call for the third time. AMS: "We can't seem to find a folder with your order info. I'm looking around, but I don't know where your folder is." Me: "A FOLDER? Just check your database!" AMS: "Oh, we don't do that. We write everything down" - at that point I can only laugh. Is this company for real??? What a joke. Well, I will be getting my supplies instead from someone who operates in the 21st century.
