Appointment & check-in: Strict appointment times — don't expect to load before your scheduled time. Show up 30 minutes to 2 hours early (most reviews suggest 1 hour prior), but don't expect early loading. Bring CDL and DOT number. Fill out pickup slip at counter with basic info. Check-in process slow — 45 minutes average, sometimes longer. Once approved for door, loading typically 30-45 minutes. Paperwork checkout another 45 minutes to 1+ hour. Total facility time: 3-6+ hours is normal, sometimes much longer. Operations: Live load facility. No overnight parking (24-hour rule between 11 PM-7 AM at some doors). Parking lot can accommodate day parking while waiting. Facility layout: Tight yard for backing between trucks — be careful, especially with long wheelbase rigs. Difficult truck entry from US-1 or Route 27. Guard shack location not well-signed. Very busy/chaotic operations. Working conditions: Loud environment (forklifts/equipment) makes communication difficult at times. Some reports of rude/dismissive office staff, though other reviews praise professionalism. Inconsistent experiences with same staff. Some reports of rough treatment during security checkout — be careful with fifth wheel handle when leaving. Speed varies: Reports range from 1.5 hours total to 8+ hours. Afternoon appointments (after 4 PM) tend to run longer. Facility respects appointment time but has unpredictable wait times for door assignment. Restrooms: Available.
