    This company denied a claim we filed with PennDOT because they cited "Sovereign Immunity" for the massive pothole that caused major damage to our car and several others. This one was on 376 West near Monroeville heading toward downtown Pittsburgh. Many cars hit it. Big trench along the rumble strip in the left-most lane right after the bridge near mile marker 82. Many cars pulled over. We lost over $600 and a Tesla who hit it after us lost much more (both tires, both rims). This corrupt company claimed Sovereign Immunity because the hole was "naturally occurring." In an active work zone with many patches, a lane closure, barriers, and lane shifts? No, sorry, that's not true. But thanks for being so concerned about people who pay for these roads. Truly. Thanks for being so corrupt and untrustworthy. I know you denied the claim because our PennDOT tort adjuster gave me the information after I pushed back on him. He gave you up. I know the truth. This company is run by people who don't care about the damage they cause by ignoring road conditions. Drive through their construction zones AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    The road milling work done by your employees was super, fine and completely done excellent here in New Homestead (Pittsburgh 31st ward) last week. The removal of old asphalt was done precisely right and so carefully despite the interruption by outsider drivers who could have gone around this area for a day. Please make sure to relay this message to all those involved and tell them they did fantastic service in my community.
