LUMPER FEE Mandatory. Pay via phone app. Required to unload. BOTTOM LINE Solid dock operations and rare overnight parking availability. Unloading is efficient. Major tradeoff: expect 3-6+ hour paperwork waits. Not ideal if you're time-sensitive. Worth planning around if overnight parking solves your logistics.
