Facility info
APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED — confirm before arrival. Early arrivals turned away if before appointment time. Gate code 2355. Call ahead for entry. CHECK-IN — door 57 (receiving) or door 163 (south side receiving). Receiving staff reported as friendly and helpful by some, rude by others. No consistent experience. LOAD/UNLOAD TIMES — wildly inconsistent. Reports range from 1 hour to 5+ hours for dry load. Staff effort and speed vary significantly. DOCK ACCESS — shipping at dock 58 (north side), receiving at dock 163 (south side). Drivers report easy backing. OVERNIGHT PARKING — available. Large lot with room to maneuver. FACILITIES — porta potty outside check-in door 106. Bathrooms not mentioned otherwise. STAFF ATTITUDE — mixed. Some report friendly, fast service. Others report lazy staff, disrespectful forklift operators, and poor management. Consistency is the main problem here. PHONE RESPONSIVENESS — unreliable. Drivers report difficulty reaching facility by phone. HOURS — open Saturday mornings. FAIR WARNING — expect variable wait times and service quality. Multiple drivers report 4-5 hour waits and staff indifference. Conversely, some drivers had quick, smooth experiences. Appointment confirmation is critical.
Driver reviews
They receive deliveries by appointment here, so before coming for a delivery, you need to confirm the appointment time. However, the people working in the receiving office are very friendly and helpful.

This is a very large warehouse, so you can park around the building.

The blue arrow shows the entrance gate for shipping, and the red arrow shows the entrance gate for receiving.
Great!! In and out! They unloaded me a little after 7pm. And they are open sat mornings. Plenty overnight parking. You NEED an appointment number! Gate number accurate in previous reviews.
