Facility info

OPERATIONS Drop and hook. Appointments available but early check-in and early unloading common—show up the night before your appointment and they'll often take you. Live loads run about 1 hour. Unloading typically 5-30 minutes, occasionally faster. Paperwork processed quickly at check-in window. They'll work with you if you don't have your delivery number yet, but have it ready if possible. Multiple shifts operating including nights. Early arrival generally welcomed. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available between docks and along sides. Restrooms clean and accessible, located in check-in office. Staff consistently described as friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional. Receiving crew goes above and beyond. Well-organized facility with plenty of backing/parking space. Dock operations efficient and smooth. Yard conditions well-maintained. No reported issues with overnight lot security or access. NOTES One driver reported poor load balance (everything to front of trailer) on pickup. Another noted circling warehouse twice during live load check-in/check-out process. One review mentioned parking outside "at your risk only by appointment." Avoid issues by confirming appointment details and delivery number in advance when possible.
