: Avoid this place at all costs. It took them over 5 hours to unload just 15 pallets. This level of incompetence and disregard for drivers is unacceptable. Their inefficiency caused me to miss my next load, costing me both time and money. Truck drivers deserve better treatment and respect than what this facility provides. Absolutely
Appointment at 9:00, checked in at 8:00. They unloaded me at 11:00. It’s 12:25 now, and I’m still sitting empty at the dock waiting to be released
Worst delivery spot ever. They’ll trap you all day with a permanent red light and zero forklift movement. I think they told their forklift drivers to prioritize their own trucks and kept us the outside carriers in the dark.
