Check-in & Operations Early arrivals rejected beyond 15-30 minutes—expect turnaround if too early. Automated phone check-in system has glitches; verify you're actually in the system at the lumper shack. Gate processing slow (30-45 min reported). Receiving office operates 8 PM–4 AM only. Late arrivals past appointment time hit with $200–$500 "no show" reschedule fees without exception. Appointment scheduling required. Unloading Live unload with lumper service. Wildly inconsistent timing: reports range 1 hour to 10+ hours for small loads (2–7 pallets commonly take 4–7 hours). Frozen loads particularly problematic—slow staging and backing areas. Lumper crews reportedly slow, disrespectful, or unmotivated on various shifts. Paperwork Severe delays standard. Many drivers wait 3–7 hours after unload completion just for bills. System involves green light notification followed by text to pick up paperwork—delays at every step. One driver waited from 9 PM Saturday to Sunday with no resolution. Payment confirmation system unreliable. Lumper Fees Extremely high and inconsistent: $110–$575 reported for varying loads. Drivers report overcharges for damage claims they dispute. Pallets marked as pinwheeled or damaged that weren't. Get photographic proof of load condition. Facility & Parking No overnight parking on-site. Street parking available but posted with ticket warnings. Limited dock staging—tight backing maneuvers required. Porta-potty on-site. Bathrooms reportedly dirty, no supplies. Yard conditions tight and poorly organized—drivers help other drivers back in. Staff & Attitude Highly variable. Security/gate staff ranges from genuinely helpful to dismissive. Receiving/lumper crews frequently reported as rude, unmotivated, or disrespectful. Office staff unresponsive to driver concerns about delays or fees. Some shifts notably better than others. Other Issues $200 late fees for arrivals over 1 hour past appointment. Contactless payment and check-in prone to system failures—can result in unexpected $500 charges and forced r

Gated and fenced, no overnight parking, parked on the shoulder for couple hours, there is a room for 4-5 trucks
The shipper that I was at was nestle. They took their sweet time to get me in a dock. Even though my original time was 5 o'clock in the morning, 14 hours later, they finally got me out. Then, I get here, alright. 230am. My appointment was for eleven o'clock but because of the shipper, I was late, they still charge a no show fee 500, and then $275.60 for lumper and now I have waited 2 hours to for them to call me so I could leave and get my receipt in the BO. L they never did. I had to go in there even though the instructions clearly say to wait in your truck.
Zero stars if I could!! 9pm appointment, got there at 8:30, in a door at 9:30 and it's now 3:43am and still in this damn door waiting on paperwork. Lumper are really the worst thing to happen in trucking by far, not even close. This is 100% management's fault!!! Fire them all.
They are slow I been done getting unloaded for over two hours they not done counting so I can receive my paperwork to leave
From reading the other reviews I was dreading coming here. But my appt went very smooth and fast. It all depends on what youre delivering, mine was water. Checked in and checked out in 1.5 hours. And no lumper. They are very efficient. As long as you listen and pay attention the staff is fine.
