I called regarding an early package delivery issue, and Angel took the time to look into the shipment, confirm the delivery details, and clearly explain how the packages would be stored until the guest arrives. He was patient, professional, and made the process much easier during a time-sensitive situation. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

  Terrie at this location FedEx was an absolute blessing during one of the most difficult times for our family. She took such great care resizing old photos and laminating memorial cards for a funeral, handling everything with patience, compassion, and incredible attention to detail. All this took place during a stressful and emotional time and in the middle of the holiday season. Her kindness truly meant a lot to us and we are deeply grateful for the care she showed. We are truly appreciative in the quality of her work and what it meant to our family. Thank you Terrie for making a painful time a little lighter for our family.
