CHECK-IN & GATE 2+ hour waits standard for guard gate—some report 3-4 hours. Line often extends past property perimeter. Staff frequently described as slow, rude, dismissive. Windows have dark tinting making communication difficult. Come exactly on appointment time; arriving early gets you turned away with no legal parking available. Call number on gate to open entrance (Latigo Ave). Have pickup number and license ready. Guard may throw documents back through window rather than hand them over. Some report staff more responsive before 1pm and less responsive after. OPERATIONS Appointment required—will not be admitted early. Live load takes 2-10 hours; unloads take 3-9 hours depending on product (pulp particularly slow). Drop and hook typically faster if trailer pre-loaded. Paperwork processing takes additional time even after load is complete. Some loads show up unstarted despite appointment. No reefers allowed on premises—not posted, so know this beforehand. Heavy communication gaps between departments. FACILITY No overnight parking. No restroom access for drivers—facility has only one toilet for entire staff and drivers forbidden from using it. Port-a-potties around back may or may not be available. No food or beverage vending. Tight parking spaces in yard. Facility is large but disorganized. Speed limit exists but unenforced selectively. STAFF Rude and unprofessional is the overwhelming pattern. Some exceptions exist (occasional friendly staff noted), but most reviews cite dismissive, disrespectful, arrogant behavior from security and office personnel. Poor training evident. Indifferent to driver time constraints. MIXED EXPERIENCES A small number of drivers report smooth, fast experiences (30 minutes to 1.5 hours), professional staff, and friendly treatment—these are outliers. Weekend and off-peak shifts may vary significantly from weekday afternoon/evening shifts.

Check in and check out employees have a pretty bad attitude, they talk to you as if you’re beneath them. They mumble when it comes to asking for pu numbers and get mad when they have to repeat themselves. I had to wait 7 hours for a load that I didn’t even get to pick up since my dispatcher just had me swap it out for an another load that was ready.
I’ll never pull a load for this place again, brought in an empty to pick up a pre load, was told they don’t have enough trailer’s so I asked if I’m bringing in an empty can you just load my empty so I can be on my way, I was told well if someone is ahead of you well use your empty to load whoever is ahead of you, after being in line for over an hrs and dealing with all that bs plus barely being able to communicate with anyone at their jailhouse security stand I just dropped the dam trailer. This was 10am I call at 4pm here by chance have you started loading my trailer? Them: no we haven’t, me: do you have an estimate of time when you will begin? Them: no, call back two hrs later same question still don’t know when their going to start call back closer to 9, I said I’m going to call back each hr until you can give me answers because I’ve been waiting over 8 hrs this isn’t right! We’ll see what happens never hauling for them again will be spreading the word this place has absolutely no respect for drivers and are very unprofessional and rude.

If you’re trying to get loaded here don’t come if your trailer and truck are not from the same brand because they’ll refuse to load you weird but true The facility stuff is very unprofessional using AirPod and talking on the phone while they should be responsible for their jobs. You have to be waiting there for 2 hours until their stuff uses bathroom, getting snacks, solving personal issues and then help you.
My experience in this site is good I'm coming to pick up the empty trailer I'm arriving 4 hours early and everything is great staff check in and check out very fast for my great thank you
