Facility info

OPERATIONS Appointment required — strictly enforced, won't load without one. No early arrivals at gate (even 1 minute early turned away by some drivers). Park on street, walk to guard shack for check-in. Load times highly inconsistent: some drivers report quick turnarounds, others report 2-6+ hours for similar pallet counts. Live load operation. Trailer inspection mandatory — must be spotless inside and out, no holes or damage accepted. Guard performs detailed trailer walk-through before loading proceeds. FACILITY EXPERIENCE No parking available inside facility — street parking only, limited space on narrow street. Guard shack staff generally professional and helpful, though consistency varies. Most positive feedback about security guard's demeanor and willingness to work with drivers on timing. Loaders cordial but speed unreliable. Facility itself clean and well-organized. Staff will occasionally work drivers in early if they arrive ahead of appointment, but not guaranteed. Some drivers experienced flat tires after departing (unclear if facility-related). BOTTOM LINE Professional operation with good people, but load times are unpredictable. Don't expect quick turnarounds — plan for potential delays. Keep trailer in showroom condition or you'll be rejected. Arrive at or just before appointment time; earlier arrivals waste your time.
