Paris Brothers, Inc.
8800 Northeast Underground Drive, Kansas City MO 64161
Operator: Paris Brothers, Inc.
Facility info
Expect 5–12+ hour waits minimum, often despite appointments. Loads frequently not ready when promised. Appointment times mean nothing — expect to arrive at scheduled time and wait hours for door assignment. Check-in at 8800 or 8600 entrance depending on which company/pier. Process is chaotic — staff sends drivers between multiple locations repeatedly. Underground cave facility. Extremely tight backing and maneuvering — not for inexperienced drivers. No idling — staff enforces strict engine-off policy. WiFi and cell service barely work or nonexistent. Leave facility to contact dispatcher/broker. Staff attitude varies wildly — some genuinely helpful and fast, others rude or checked out. Load rejections happen due to rodent contamination from certain shippers (Glister Mary Lee noted as recurring problem). Facility gets overwhelmed. When staffed well, unloading/loading can be fast. When not, complete mess.
Driver reviews
If you pick up from Paris Brothers, use entrance 8600 and drive straight ahead, after the second stop sign you will see on the left “ Paris Brothers Shipping and Receiving “ I think is close to Pillar 324
everything was too bad, no one can help if you don't have a PO number. wi fi doesn't work, the phone doesn't work. it's very hard to find them. you have to leave the dungeon to contact a broker or dispatcher, . it sucks
Uncomfortable check in

They start loading within a half hour your load done.
Had fun down there. If you check in @ 8800. The woman there needs help. She's terrified of people. Won't open the window and whispers. OH and she has the lights off. She's in there though. The folks @ 8600 are the truth! Fast loading and funny!
