Facility info

Appointment Scheduling & Operations Strict appointment adherence required — consistently charges $500 late fees regardless of circumstances (traffic, accidents, mechanical issues). No exceptions mentioned. Sunday deliveries not available; appointments rejected or rescheduled without flexibility. Gates open 4:30 AM, check-in starts 5:15 AM. Unload times highly variable: 1-2 hours typical for on-time arrivals, but 5-8+ hours reported when facility is busy or understaffed. Door priority system appears inconsistent — lower door numbers sometimes processed first regardless of arrival time. Live unload operation. Lumper fees charged ($180-$400+) and sometimes not disclosed upfront; expect to pay before receiving paperwork. One review mentions no lumper fees, creating inconsistency in reporting. Facility Experience Tight dock area. 53-75 ft trucks have significant maneuvering challenges — trailers and equipment parked along fence and curb leave minimal space between dock doors. No overnight parking at facility. Street parking available nearby (4-5 truck capacity mentioned) or outside gate acceptable. Staff attitudes mixed: some reviews praise professionalism and friendliness; others report rude, dismissive receivers and shift supervisors with poor customer empathy. Paperwork delays common — drivers report extended waits for final documentation. Small lot not suitable for student drivers or larger rigs. Cleanliness/organization issues mentioned; inventory management concerns noted (expired stock, poor rotation). Practical Notes Arrive early. Expect unload times of 2-6 hours minimum during busy periods. Confirm lumper fees and appointment details in advance. Tight backing required; experienced drivers recommended. Company charges appear aggressive on late fees vs. their own service delays.

This place is horrible. They're very slow to unload. The parking lot is very small. Plan on camping out for at least 3 to 4 hours and if you're late they'll charge you 500 bucks

Long process … 5-6 hrs for a partial load . No common sense for you having more stops after . I won’t make it on time for my next stop .
.Yet , they can’t wait for you to show up late here to charge the $500 late fee .
Proposterous !
And of course lumpers are high !
