Facility info
Entrance & Navigation Heavy truck entrance on northwest corner from Massaro/Massasoit Blvd. One-way facility — coming from US 301 puts you wrong direction. Tight lot when full. Better signage needed. Use Google Maps for best routing. Operations Appointments required. Receiving starts 6am, shipping 8am. Load/unload times vary widely — most reports 1-2 hours, some under 1 hour, but at least one report of 5+ hour wait. Pager system used to notify when ready. Check-in described as easy. Facility Overnight parking available. Open 24 hours. Bathrooms inside accessible to drivers. Clean environment. Docking described as tight — maneuvering challenging when lot is full. Some reports of ample space, others note tight conditions make backing difficult. Staff & Service Consistently described as friendly, nice, respectful, good communication. Fast unloading mentioned multiple times. Staff reportedly won't help if you're not close to truck and honking. Issues Docking space tight — 10 feet more clearance would help significantly. Inconsistent unload times (1 hour to 5+ hours). One unrelated review about customer service complaint regarding product delivery during emergency — likely not relevant to freight operations.

Our house burned down we had over 120 sips. We were getting ready to go on vacation. That’s why we had so many. All I asked for was our last order of 40 sips. It literally arrived and burned in 8 hours. No one at your company cared. While all other vendors were caring and showed us grace. I have since cancelled my monthly subscription for 40 sips. We were told not to drink because of fire. YOU DIDNT CARE. I’ve always recommended you NOT ANYMORE. I can drink other companies products. It’s a shame, been buying for more than 3 years. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE PHONE NUMBER DOESNT WORK. THERE CHAT DOESNT WORK. You can only email and they can get real chitty 💩
