Apparently, I can’t give them no stars. On two separate occasions, we’ve ordered a knee scooter from this place. Both times the knee scooter showed up with four flat tires on both. And the valve stem where you put in the air, collapses into the tire itself. If you deal with these people, that is your funeral. Cheap worthless company! They need to be shut down permanently
My loved one receives supplies from this company. I like that the supplies are delivered on time and have an invoice in each delivered box. If a supply was not in the box you can call them and let them know and they will solve the shortage. However, if you look at the invoice, it will tell you if an item(s) is not in that packaged box and when to expect it.<br><br>The only con that I have concerning this company is: Some items are delivered and the box / package is way too big for what’s inside of it. For instance: There may be two tubes of ointment in the box, but the box is exceedingly bigger than what’s inside of the box and the items could have been packaged in a way smaller box. It’s just a waste to me!
