Facility info
Operations: Appointment scheduling tight—arrive no more than 1 hour early or risk being treated as late Check in at guard shack AND office before backing in; timing games used to justify delays Live unload only; unloading times range 40 minutes to 8 hours (highly inconsistent) Reefer must be pre-cooled to 15°F minimum before arrival or turned away; no precooling allowed on-site Closed 12am–5am for unloading Facility Experience: No overnight parking; truck stops 2–4 miles away with limited spaces Bathrooms available and clean; snack machines inside Staff attitude wildly inconsistent—some genuinely helpful and fast, others dismissive and inattentive Yard space tight for backing; limited dock room Equipment damage reported multiple times; facility denies responsibility if you're not on dock during load
