WARNING ⚠️! Please don’t come here drivers . If you already about to come here ask your dispatcher to change your load . Came here on time 15 minutes earlier from my appointment time at the security gate . They told me to slide my tandems back and gave me the dock. I went to check in at the office and somehow i was blamed for late 7 minutes. They will ruin your whole day . Never experienced such a incident in my whole trucking career. Please be aware . I am never coming back here.
I had a good experience at Americold. The staff was professional and communicated clearly throughout the process. The guard was helpful, gave clear instructions, and everything was handled in an organized. Especially The supervisor in the office was especially friendly and welcoming.Definitely would be back. Keep up the good work.
