  I tried calling the nurses station my wife was discharged after giving birth. They said we could call with any questions. This was yesterday. I called the hospital today to ask about post care with my sons umbilical cord and the nurse told me she takes care of laboring mothers not babies, yeah I’m talking about you Lisa of the birthing in. You should be ashamed of yourself and you’re lucky I don’t have your last name. You guys suck. Thanks for the expert care.

  Non-existing scheduling department. I have been on the phone on hold for around 4 hours per day for 3 separate days calling right when they open. The furthest I have gotten was hung up on immediately when I was next in line to then have to call back and start at the back of the line. I had a very important test to get done and going through my doctor and My chart all directs me to this one phone number.<br><br>This is beyond frustrating, you would think there would be easier access to scheduling through MyChart, but somehow froedert has yet to automate this system..
