Facility info

WAIT TIMES 3-6 hours typical for unload. Many reports of 4-5+ hours even for light loads (10-18 pallets). Appointments frequently ignored—arrival time and appointment time make little difference. Early arrival doesn't help; facility won't take you early. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Get envelope at inbound security booth. Stage before door 315, walk to receiving door A-17 with envelope. Wait for dock assignment. Mandatory reflective vests outside truck. Speed limit 15 MPH. Receiving opens 7 AM. No lumper fees reported on some loads. Appointment only—no walk-ups. Wrong phone number listed on some directories. DOCK EXPERIENCE Quick door assignment (15 min to 1 hour after check-in). Then long hold at dock. Unloading itself moves quickly once started. Staff at receiving desk reportedly uses envelope slot system to minimize driver interaction. Paperwork wait can be 1-2+ hours after unloading complete. Some reports of cargo damage and rough handling—take pictures before offload. FACILITY No overnight parking. No indoor restrooms—only 2 porta potties (described as disgusting). Drop and hook option available (drop uphill, pick up shrink wrap at door C53). Clean, well-organized grounds per some reports. STAFF Security/gate staff: generally friendly and helpful. Office/receiving staff: consistently reported as rude, dismissive, hostile toward drivers. Tinted office windows. Limited willingness to engage with drivers. ENTRY Enter from Route 22 or Route 512 only. "No trucks" signs throughout area. BOTTOM LINE Fast door, brutal wait times. Plan for full half-day minimum. Owner-operators report worse treatment than company drivers. Light loads don't move faster than full loads.
