Facility info
Appointments required. Make them and be on time—shows up in reviews repeatedly. Load times wildly inconsistent: 1 hour to 8 hours reported. Plan for 2+ hours minimum, especially for floor loads. Start time 8am. Get there early if possible; some drivers loaded within an hour of arriving before appointment. Overnight parking available—roadside lot in front, plenty of spots. Staff attitude mixed: friendly and helpful staff commonly reported, but occasional cold reception from office staff—politeness goes both ways per reviews. Bring your license to check-in. Facility generally clean.

As a truck driver this is one of my favorite loading facilities
This is a great place to deliver to! I've been coming to this facility for almost 10 years and the group of people working here have always been wonderful to work with. They are always very polite and do there best to get you in and out as soon as possible!
